We have been notified by our VPS (Virtual Private Service) provider, Hosturly, which hosts our scheduler (the system that allows individuals to schedule time with members of our team), that they will be undergoing maintenance on their hardware to allow for increased performance and reliability on May 31st, 2023, at 1 AM PDT. This maintenance will be for 3 hours (until May 31st, 2023, at 4 AM PDT).

They are not anticipating downtime during the whole maintenance period but for a brief period during it.

We have been notified by our ideaboard and public roadmap provider, Frill, that they will be undergoing maintenance on their database infrastructure on May 28th, 2023, at 9 PM PDT. This maintenance will be for 1 hour (until May 28th, 2023, at 10 PM PDT).

They are anticipating downtime during this maintenance period.

We have identified the issue related to our host and a large-scale DDoS that occurred. The issue started at 7:31 AM PDT and was resolved at 8:15 AM PDT. We will post a postmortem as soon as we get one. We appreciate your patience.
