Summary: We are reorganizing our main rack in Chicago to allow for the installation of new equipment. During this time, we will also be re-documenting our infrastructure to allow for better organization across all systems.
Impact on Customer: There will be downtime for this maintenance. We anticipate having minimal downtime per server. Our current plan is to take each server within our infrastructure offline across the two days. Throughout the maintenance time period across the two days, you will experience drops in connectivity as we will be moving servers around the data center, resulting in a power and connectivity loss while we reorganize. Although this is an extensive task, we will have a Hosturly representative on-site, which will improve efficiency.
